At Hidden Assets, we have made it our mission to promote the highest standards of environmental managment in everything we do. Adopting a strong focus on eco-responsibility, we aim to recycle as much as possible on site and we are continually refining our methodologies to keep ourselves ahead of the competition.
A licensed upper-tier waste carrier, we make sure to re-use waste materials wherever possible, ensuring duty-of-care requirements are met and upheld. At the pre-construction stage of each project, we detail a full Environmental Management Plan and Waste Management Plan which is reviewed throughout the project to ensure all objectives are met.
We also know how critical environmental responsibility is to our clients, and we work with them to ensure that their own commitments to the environment are uplheld and in some cases even expanded. Our rigorous approach to maximising recyclables and minimising waste (e.g. by segregating and preprocessing material) has even garnered positive press coverage for ourselves and our clients (see the article here).
Secure working practices have long been a source of pride for us and constitute a core value of our organisation at every level. From daily “toolbox talks” to ongoing training and education schemes our workforce is always up-to-date on the latest, safest methods of work. And our managerial team includes a dedicated company-appointed CDMC advisor.
In addition to our own robust health and safety polices, our company is certified with the BH OHSAS 18001, an internationally applied British standard for occupational health and safety management systems. Awarded only to organisations delivering full and continued compliance with health and safety policy and arrangements, the 18001 standard provides the robust legal assurances our clients demand of our working on their sites.
Alongside accreditation for our Health & Safety and Environmental Policies (see above) our company is also certified to ISO 9001:2008 standard: Awarded for ensuring a fully documented system of work and meeting a range of standards in auditing, control and safety management. This is a keystone certificate amonst all of our qualifications, and should you need to see any specific credential not listed on this page please get in touch.
Before engaging any company on a major project, you will of course need to know that they are in a financial position to see the project through and that they are properly insured to perform the work. In the interest of transparency and so that you can rest assured our company ticks both of those boxes please see our grade ‘A’ credit score and insurance documentation below.
At Hidden Assets we make every effort to ensure that all employees are treated with courtesy, dignity and respect irrespective of gender, race, religion, nationality, colour, sexual orientation, disability, age or marital status. In real terms, this commitment to being an equal opportunties employer includes, amonst other schemes and achievments, a diverse managerial team and investment for the inegration of disabled staff members into our workforce.
